I graduated in 2021 with a background in analytical chemistry— a STEM qualification that’s supposed to open doors. For a long time, it didn’t. I spent years in different field-based roles that weren’t what I studied for, and months with no role at all. Driving Bolt in-between applications just to keep money coming in. The applications weren’t the problem — THE VOLUME WAS.
I was sending CVs into the same silence, over and over, with no real read on why they were landing nowhere. What changed wasn’t luck. I started using AI the way a recruiter actually works: to read a job spec properly, to tailor a CV and cover letter to what’s actually being screened for, and to prepare for the calls and interviews that followed.
YOUR CV PROBABLY ISN’T THE PROBLEM. How you’re executing the hunt usually is. That shift is what got me into a lab technician role in my own field — the job I’d been trying to reach the whole time.
CHATSA is me handing that same method to the next person still stuck in the silence, priced for someone who’s currently unemployed, not for someone who already has a salary.

I won’t hand you a CV that a chatbot wrote from nothing. The AI reads the job spec and the ATS logic — you still have to be the person behind the application.
III. I did this before I taught it.
Everything I show you is the method that got me hired, not a course I read about. If it stops working for people, I change it.
